Empower Enchants Machine

The Empower Enchants machine combines enchanted books with Enchant Essence to empower the book for 8 hours. Using the Empower Enchants machine costs different amounts of Magic Essence depending on the book tier, but all books cost 10× as much Enchant Essence to be empowered as the book would have given if it were turned into Enchant Essence.
