This weather can only be spawned by admins. There is a limit to how high and how far the players can swim. At the start of the event, water will suddenly flood the map.
Weather Effects
Chance to apply the Wet mutation. Sky-box turns light-blue, and flower-like shapes appear above, similar to Bikini Bottom from SpongeBob SquarePants. Players can "swim" around the map by jumping.
