"Once an old species of wasp dragon, much like the Venid, Betevial have been warped and changed by the nature of the corrupt hives. These dragons have a parasitic dependence on the hives, often needing to eat their honey just to survive. The corrupt essence within the hives has shaped them into a much crueler form than that of their origin. Wise adventurers avoid these dragons because of their furious tempers and deadly stingers."
