Glitched Pity Potion

The Glitched Pity Potion can be obtained by various sources, most notably Final Expedition and Themed Events. Their only use is to boost the users odds of obtaining the Glitched Technique. Namely, it increases the chances of getting it by 200% (tripling the chance, and further stacking with the 6x Technique Luck Event) and provides the user with a pity counter of a 1000. This pity counter ensures that upon doing a 1000 rerolls the Technique is guaranteed. This however does not work, if you roll Glitched before 1000 rerolls, as the potion effect expires as soon as you obtain your first.
